Background

In packaged drinking water (AMDK) production, the clean room environment is not a background condition — it is an active quality variable. Off-spec temperature, humidity drift, or a drop in positive pressure can affect product quality, raise contamination risk, and disrupt the production process before anyone on the floor notices.

The client's facility in Pasuruan, East Java, had no automated system to monitor AHU conditions continuously. Environmental parameters were not tracked in real time, early warning of deviations was not available, and decisions about clean room conditions relied on manual checks rather than live data.

System Description

The AHU Monitoring System works by collecting data from sensors installed across the AHU units and clean room areas. Sensors measure temperature, humidity, and positive pressure continuously, feeding readings to the server in real time.

The server processes incoming data and pushes it to a web-based dashboard accessible from any workstation. When a parameter drifts outside its configured normal range a temperature spike, a humidity shift, or a drop in positive pressure the system raises an alert immediately, giving the facility team time to respond before clean room conditions fall out of spec.

All parameter data is logged continuously, building a historical record that supports trend analysis, audit ocumentation, and regulatory compliance reporting.
